The International Patients Service (IPS) Lounge is a one-stop service center for our international patients. The IPS Lounge is the initial point of contact for patient registration, information and orientation. We make every effort to assist you and be at your service during all phases of care i.e. before you arrive, during your stay & after your discharge for follow-up.
Apart from the medical and nursing team, one Guest Relations Officer will be taking care of all the needs of the patient and their family. Our dedicated Guest Relations Officers facilitate their assigned international patient and family members and provide all the necessary assistance required for hospital registration, payments, appointments, admissions, billing, and language interpreters.
During the hospital stay (except ICU stay) one companion can stay with the patient and there is a hygienic cafeteria of international standard
Advance payments are welcome. Incidental charges will be due upon the patient’s discharge. The hospital accepts payments through major Credit Cards (Master, Visa or Amex), Wire Transfer and Foreign Currencies from international patients. The quoted amount does not include charges for any cross consultation, special investigations, extended stay, and treatment for any other illness unless mentioned otherwise. Final treatment plan and cost would be decided after clinical evaluation at Grande International Hospital, Kathmandu.
